Today’s workout will work the full body! Complete each round 3 times, and take plenty of rest between rounds. Choose a weight that is going to be appropriate for your body and your goals. For the kettlebell thrusters, you will need two kettlebells, one for each hand. You could use dumbbells for the thrusters instead if you prefer.
The around the world med ball slams involve holding a med ball by your right hip, bringing it up above your head, and then slamming it on the ground next to your left hip. Make sure your core is engaged the whole time.
