I teach Vinyasa yoga for 24 Hour Fitness in Denver, CO. In my classes, I focus on alignment, balance, and strength with an emphasis on connecting breath with movement. I approach yoga with a corrective exercise and sports medicine flair, but I also deeply value the importance of down-regulating the nervous system through relaxation and breath work.

I pride myself on creating safe yet effective sequences that challenge both the body and the mind. I've found that an important part of yoga is taking what you cultivate on your mat into the rest of your life, whether that be gratitude, joy, or newfound strength.
